Leasing and mobility specialist, Alphabet (GB) Limited, is today celebrating its success, being awarded the ‘Customer Service Excellence’ accolade, at the Car Finance Awards 2020.
Alphabet was recognised for its industry-leading levels of service, going above and beyond to support and exceed customer expectations during a particularly turbulent year. Alphabet’s ‘business as unusual’ model during the first nationwide lockdown, kept its customer service teams fully operational throughout and helped employees and key workers stay on the move, as well as working with customers to support the restart of operations when the time came. By continuing to take on new accounts and ensuring key customer contacts within the company remained the same, Alphabet was able to maintain the exceptional service its customers have come to appreciate, from a supportive, stable partner.
